Hello fellow Pizza Nighters.... Lance here....I asked Della to post this to the Pizza Night list as mine is outdated.
Y'all probably know about our new job and so the house in town has become a rental. I have just finished doing some things I wanted to do before; work in the kitchen, new bathroom linoleum, built-in bookcases upstairs etc.
What I am writing about is simply THE HOUSE IS FOR RENT.
If you know anyone or if yourownself is interested please contact us. The house will be available to view after April 20th (we'll be out of town till then). It has 3-4 bedrooms and one bathroom. One large bedroom upstairs has a new dormer and southfacing window that wasn't there when we lived there. There are several raised beds for gardening (5-6 I recall). It is a double lot near the schools , buses, coffee shops and everything else. It's a great location if you have kids in school.... they can walk to school and sports. We are asking $875.00 with the utilities and lawn care the renter's responsibility (mower and trimmer in garage).
